What programs do you use to make your layouts and graphics?
Adobe Photoshop CS2 for all of my graphics including: layouts, codes, avatars, and wallpapers, and the like. Image Ready CS2 for my sprites, animation, slicing and image maping my layouts. Notepad, for when I code my layout entirely by hand.

Sorry, siblings affiliation is only opened to the people I'm close with. ^^ I am accepting link exchanges or affiliates though, you can learn more about that here.
Can I take your graphics and use them as my own?
NO, you may not. I work very hard to make my graphics, and having someone else claim them as their own that they made it makes me really mad, and the person will end up getting spamfull of emails from me. >.>;; You can take my buttons though, only if you credit me back to this site.
Will you make me a layout?
Uhh... no. Sorry. =/ I only make layouts for close friends and people I know well, but I usually don't even do layout requests. I'm a really busy person.
Can you teach me how to code?
I'm a self-taught person. You can be one too; its not hard, IMHO. Just search on google to find good tutorial sites.
Can you host me?
Sorry but I'm technically hosted myself. XD And I usually host my animanga projects here too, not really people.
